How to tell a great story according to Pixar

This is a neat picture set I found based off of a woman who gathered advice from senior colleagues who worked for Pixar.  I feel like any of these rules can be applied to anyone who is involved in any kind of work with a character or someone who enjoys storytelling. :)

This is probably one of the weirdest, but hilarious short films ever.  I really enjoy finding successful animators early works because they usually really reflect their personal style of drawing and animation. :)
